In order to be eligible for support, applicants must:

·   Be aged under 18 on 1 September 2024 
·  Have been permanently resident in the UK for minimum 3 years
 
Applicants must also provide details of household income totalling no more than £35,000 per annum in order to be eligible for support. Applications with household income over £35,000 may be considered if there are extenuating circumstances.
 
Applications not providing evidence of household income will not be considered.
