Future Talent is committed to supporting gifted young musicians from low-income backgrounds across the UK.
Through our Development and Junior Programmes, Future Talent aims to provide the necessary tools to help the young musicians it supports on their musical and personal journeys.
Future Talent’s priority as a charitable organisation is first and foremost the safety and wellbeing of its young musicians.
Future Talent's Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy applies to all freelance, full time and part time staff. This includes mentors, volunteers, workshop leaders, chaperones and audition adjudicators. All staff and volunteers who have unsupervised access to, or contact with, children and young people are required to hold a current enhanced level DBS check.
Future Talent's Board of Trustees reviews the Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy annually.
