The Senior Programme is for older young musicians committed to a future of music-making and need support to take it to the highest level. The programme is new for 2025/26 ensuring our support continues to be tailored to the different stages of young musicians’ lives.

Musicians on the Senior Programme are awarded £1,000 of financial support towards their musical costs.

Alongside financial support, Senior musicians are invited to events such as regional workshops, masterclasses, performance opportunities, and one-to-one mentoring with a professional musician.

The Senior Programme also offers a professional skills series, an annual residential, audition preparation for conservatoire, and a pathway into the Future Talent Alumni Network.
