Frances joined Future Talent as Finance Manager in June 2023. A qualified accountant, she has many years of experience in the music industry having worked for both EMI and Universal Music Group. In her spare time, Frances is involved in the charity sector and has been a trustee and the treasurer of her local Scout group charity for more than eight years. Raised on the West Coast of Scotland, Frances studied at the University of Strathclyde and has a BA (Hons) in French and German. She recently gained a CELTA certificate in teaching English as a foreign language. Frances is excited to be joining Future Talent as it approaches its milestone 20th anniversary, and to play a part in the continued financial growth of the charity, enabling it to support an increasing number of talented young musicians and help them fulfil their potential.
