Anne-Liese van der Linden is a seasoned consultant, leadership coach, facilitator, and corporate trainer with over 15 years of experience across the charity, public, and commercial sectors. Currently serving as Co-Facilitator within the ASE team at Capgemini, she creates dynamic and empowering environments that unlock group potential and drive transformative business outcomes. Her expertise spans development, leadership, corporate training, and education, with a focus on dismantling barriers to progress. With a degree in Theatre Education, a Master's degree in Sociology of Childhood and Children’s Rights and accreditation as a Holistic Coaching Practitioner, Anne-Liese has developed and facilitated impactful programs globally, including theatre projects for children and young people in disadvantaged neighbourhoods in Amsterdam and educational initiatives in South America and Africa. She has a strong commitment to amplifying the voices of young people, believing in the transformative power of arts and music. In London, she managed an early years setting, where she implemented strategic initiatives to promote diversity and well-being. Originally from the Netherlands, Anne-Liese continues to deliver leadership training and coaching across the UK, Europe, and beyond, bringing her diverse experience and passion for education and youth empowerment to every role.
