Nicolas is the Founder and Creative Director at The Thing Tv, Award-Winning Creative Social Impact. Before that, Nicolas worked as Director of Social Responsibility at Viacom International Media Networks, where he led global Social Impact initiatives and charity and celebrity partnerships for MTV, Chanel 5 and Comedy Central. At VIMN, Nicolas spearheaded the multi-platform, global campaign MTV Breaks, giving young people around the world their first break in the creative industries. Nicolas has also created and led other global award-winning Social Impact initiatives, like Viacom’s first ever LGBTQ campaign ‘Out in 60’ and ‘Sound On’ for International Women’s Day.
