Sarah joined Future Talent in 2023 after recently retiring from being an educational CEO and founder of three schools which make up Canary Wharf College in Tower Hamlets. She has a track record of pioneering and developing educational systems with the creative arts high on the agenda having a degree in music from Trinity College. She sang for many years with The Academy of St Martin in the Fields Chorus under Sir Neville Marriner. She is currently Chair of the Constanza Chorus in the City of London and a founding fellow of Chartered College of Teachers. She has worked with charities both in the UK and abroad; principally for twenty years as Founding Trustee for 'Mechanics for Africa' in Zambia.
